According to his relatives, Nichols’ arrival at Saint Francis Hospital was marked by blood, swelling, and a fractured neck.

After two “confrontations” with police on January 7, he passed away three days later.

Around 8:30 p.m., Memphis police claim they stopped Nichols for driving recklessly near Ross Road and Raines Road.

According to Nichols’ dad Rodney Wells, he was just a block from his house.

Tyre was a skateboarder, the father of a 4-year-old son, and an innocent man, according to Nichols’ brother, Jamal Miller. Tyre also never got into problems.
