Chloe Lucas was one of the teenagers who died in a fatal crash in Iowa. News sources reported that three teens died in a single-vehicle collision early on Friday morning.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, the incident occurred at around 1:21 a.m. when 18-year-old William Wodrich of Dubuque was operating a 2014 Chevy Camaro southbound on NW Arterial at a high rate of speed.
As per the reports, he lost control of the car, which rolled, leaped, and landed in the ditch at NW Arterial and W 32nd Street. The accident claimed the lives of the driver, 17-year-old Kennedy Elskamp, and Chloe, who were also from Dubuque.
It is said that Wodrich and Elskamp were wearing their seatbelts, whereas Lucas was not. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates on the crash, and the investigations are still ongoing.
