This marks the first time the prestigious soccer tournament will feature 48 teams and three host countries. Eleven US cities, three Mexican cities, and two Canadian cities will host the tournament.

Along with Seattle, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, and San Francisco Bay will be the US hosts, whereas Toronto and Vancouver will represent Canada, and Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey will represent Mexico as the host cities of the tournament.
