He asserted that he saw the husband and wife fight twice in person and that Heard was the one who started the fights. Jenkins’ testimony focused on an accusation fight between Depp and Heard on April 21, 2016, shortly after Heard turned 30.
During the incident, the driver stated that he was operating night security and that his shift finished at 11:15 p.m.
Depp, on the other hand, was late to the party and afterward fought with Heard over it. According to Jenkins, Depp left the apartment and went to another of his residences after the argument.
