This news comes only 15 months after the man was imprisoned for domestic violence charges against his wife. He returned to the team for this year following a suspension, and the athlete is already into another trouble.

The highway patrol team found him violating the traffic rules early Friday morning and immediately stopped the vehicle. After a brief check-up, the officers found Ozuna under the control of an intoxicating substance and concluded that the man was not driving in complete control.
Following the stop, the police took Ozuna to the Gwinnett County Jail. The records mention his time of reporting in the department at 4:39 am. Since the last report, there have not been other updates regarding the arrest, so it remains unclear if the player is already out on bail or similar other circumstance.
But due to a lack of information about him being free, likely, Marcell is still behind bars.
Previously, the baseball player was arrested for domestic violence in May 2021 after the video of him choking and throwing his wife against a wall went viral on the internet.
