They celebrated her son’s graduation party the day before she was missing. Her daughter said that day that she didn’t feel anything strange or troubling that might lead to her missing. The car she took with her was a blue 2017 Toyota Corolla with a New York license plate number JKK1273.
Nothing is known about Heine’s whereabouts as of yet.
The police have stepped up the investigation by giving the medical team custody of her remains to gather any more information that could be available.

On Thursday, 21 July 2022, Greece Police announced that they had discovered a body that belonged to Keri Heine. They have been looking for her since 10 July. Police stated that the body found in her car would be sent for the medical examination for identification.
The automobile was reportedly found adjacent to State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario in Wayne County, according to the police officer. A vigil for Heine was expected to start at 8 p.m. on Thursday at Rochester General Hospital before they found her car.
