Who Is Benjamin Greene Arrested For Houston Road Rage Shooting?

Benjamin Greene is one of the suspects involved in the road rage shooting on Tuesday on I-45 and Parramatta, near FM 1960.

Before the shooting, it seemed that Benjamin and Nazly Ortiz had some dispute with the victim. When things heated, the victim drove away, but Nazly was seen shooting the car when he went away.

It was revealed that the car the culprit shot had a 2-year-old child inside. Benjamin and his partner Nazly were seen in the video, and their works were clearly stated.

Further investigations are going on the shooting, but no fatalities have been recorded, yet the victim reported minor abrasion and injuries.

Benjamin Greene and his partner Nazly Ortiz have been arrested regarding the Houston Road Rage Shooting.

Benjamin is a combat veteran who has served in the Navy. Similarly, he is also the father of his 10-year-old son. Nazly is from Columbia and runs her cleaning business with Benjamin.

Benjamin and Nazly seem to be in relations with each other but whether they are married or engaged remains unclear.

Benjamin Greene and Nazly Ortiz have been in court regarding the recent incident they have been involved in.

Nazly told the court that the road rage shooting occurred during rush hour and had shot the victim as they were going to be hit by the victim’s car, so, as a safety, she had shot at his car.

In the shooting, no one was injured or killed. They both were present in the court for the case on Wednesday.

Benjamin, who is 35 years old, has been charged with assault, while Nazly Ortiz, who is 40 years has been charged with Aggravated Assault. Although they have appeared in court, no bond has been set.

Similarly, the judge has yet to decide to give the jail sentence or bond. The prison will release their mugshot photos if they get a jail sentence.

Their punishment for their crimes will be decided on their next appearance in court.
