Taylor Shanay Wardlaw is a 29-year-old lady who is thought to be Terrell Sims’ girlfriend.

Wardlaw has been charged with the murder of Terrell Sims, a Columbia man. With the assistance of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, Sims, 26, was discovered deceased along a creek off Monticello Road on Wednesday (SLED).

According to police sources, Taylor is also accused of murdering a Columbia, SC man who went missing before Christmas.

Sims’ family has been distraught since learning of his death from the SLED authorities.

As per the police records, police issued a search warrant in the same area where police found his body on Wednesday near a creek off Monticello Road.

After the autopsy reports, police released the information that he was shot multiple times, which succumbed him to death.

Investigators revealed that Terrel was 26 when he died, and his twin sister Marcella Sims Jacobs disclosed her brother is not the kind of person who vanished just like that.

As per the authorities, Taylor Shanay Wardlaw filed a missing complaint on December 22, 2021. On Thursday, his girlfriend Taylor was allegedly charged for his murder and arrested. She is under custody now. 

Besides that, Terrel’s sister has organized a GoFund Me page to honor her brother’s legacy. The collected money will be shared among his kids. Only $300 was raised out of $3000. 

Nevertheless, Taylor was under arrest, and Sims’s family spoke out publicly on Thursday about the death of their brother, Terrell Sims. 

Reportedly, Taylor’s twin sister Marcella Jones said to News19 she never knew his death was near. However, she affirmed the arrest brings justice to his soul.
