Zachary Latham has been charged with manslaughter, brutal assault, and firearms. The Durhams’ attorneys are disputing that the indictments against the family should be released and that the court should indict the TikToker with first-degree murder and his wife and two others who entered the battle.

As we said earlier, Zachary Latham is a TikTok user who killed his neighbor and captured the incident to get famous. He stabbed veteran corrections officer named William Durham Sr. on May 4, 2020. It happened after an argument that started near the victim’s house and ended in Latham’s garage.
It is also reported that Latham has been harassing Durham’s wife for weeks when he attempted to run down one of the Durhams’ sons with his car while their son was biking down the street. That led to a verbal argument. And Latham drove home, and the Durhams tracked him, scintillating the deadly fight.
The TikToker acknowledged going into his kitchen and arming himself with a cutter and stun gun when he saw the Durhams coming. He swung the knife first at Durham’s son, William Jr. but missed. When the dad then approached Latham, he was hit in the right arm with the knife.
