Who Is Bernard Cherfan Montreal Businessman? Victim Of Shooting At Laval Restaurant

Bernard Cherfan is the Montreal man shot dead on Boulevard des Laurentides in the Vimont de Laval area on Wednesday night. He is a businessman who is said to have ties to members of organized crime.

Authorities believe he is related to hitman Frédérick Silva, who was recently convicted of three murders, according to News Rebeat. It wasn’t the first time the assassins had pursued Cherfan.

He escaped an assassination attempt in Laval in June 2015.But this time the killer succeeded when he hit Bernard in the head with a bullet on Wednesday.

It is yet to be known if the killer who had once attempted to murder him in 2015 is the same as the one who killed him on Wednesday.

Nevertheless, he had helped Frédérick Silva go into hiding after his failed assassination attempt on a mafia clan boss, Andrew Scoppa, in a downtown Montreal building in February 2017.

Cherfan was also involved in fraud and money laundering in Laval, as per news sources.

Laval shooting leaves one man dead, and the person is identified as Bernard Cherfan by La Presse and TVA. His death is now being investigated by Sûreté du Québec.

At 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Laval police received 911 calls reporting gunshots inside the La Perle vietnamienne restaurant in the Vimont district of Laval.

When they arrived, they discovered a 42-year-old guy who had been shot at least once. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. Police have not arrested anyone concerning the case, according to SQ spokesperson Catherine Bernard.

Bernard Chefran, age 42, was killed in a restaurant at Laval. He is said to be a businessman, but his net worth details are confidential.

Moreover, the police have not identified the victim; La Presse and TVA said that the man was Bernard, who allegedly has a connection with members of organized crime.
