Jose was involved with his girlfriend Pamela, and she also went missing. On investigation of her missing, he was asked about her whereabouts, but he denied having any contact with her as they broke up. But in CC footage he was seen along with her.

Jose was sentenced to 12 years in jail for Pamela’s murder in April 2017. He admitted that after an argument with Pamel, he had beaten and strangled her.
He was found guilty of second-degree murder and revealed the location where he buried her body, but during the investigation of the burying site, his wife Martha’s body was discovered as well.
