They were awarded “Rising Star Chefs” by StarChefs in 2004 after establishing Amuse Café in Venice and Beechwood Restaurant. However, the restaurants got closed later. 

Nick and Brook got married in the year 2007 and were blessed with a son named Huddy Roberts. After getting married, the couple opened “Amuse Chef,” a restaurant with Robert.
