Michelle Knight, one of three women held captive in Ariel Castro’s Cleveland home for more than a decade, expressed her displeasure with fellow victim Amanda Berry in an interview with Dr. Phil, claiming that her captor treated her particularly harshly since her family wasn’t looking for her.

In an interview, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus reveal why they are no longer friends with Michelle Knight and haven’t spoken to her in over a year. Castro, she alleged, played mind games with them, causing them to distrust one another.

Near the end, Gina and Amanda began to open up and chat, and the two became friends. Michelle and Amanda were having difficulties getting along because Castro was putting them against each other, according to Gina.

The day Michelle Knight was kidnapped by Ariel Castro, she was prepared for the fight of her life. Michelle was travelling to a custody court for her two-year-old son Joey, who had just been placed in foster care, on August 21, 2002.

However, she was approached on the street by a man who offered to drive her to the hearing, but instead imprisoned her for over a decade inside an unassuming Cleveland home until her release in May 2013.

While Michelle was in prison, her kid was adopted by another family, and her own relatives made minimal attempts to seek her. Since then, Michelle is alleged to have lost contact with him.
