She found out that it was Kingpin who killed her father. She killed her best friend Kazi, who was involved in her father’s killing. Now, she wanted to get Wilson Fisk.
Kingpin says, “What a surprise,” before noticing that Maya is holding a gun. “Maya. You and I. We’re family. Family. Sometimes family doesn’t see eye to eye…”
Maya pointed that gun at him, and the camera was removed from them and gunshot. So, Maya might have killed Kingpin, and he would have died. But where is his body?
So, upon the curiosity, whether Kingpin is alive or dead, probably he would have died or, the suspense would lead the show to some other direction that has to be found out.
How Is Kingpin So Strong? His Powers
Kingpin is so strong that he could survive severe harm done to him. He survived an arrow and multiple explosions. Moreover, he could carry and throw human-like a soft toys.
He is strong as he is very large. In-canon explained that his body was not made up of fat but was dense muscle, and he’s regularly seen throwing Daredevil through walls.
His power is just within himself, and there is no use in questioning his power, it is a matter of enjoyment. He does not need a magic stone, or battle armor, nothing.

How Did Kingpin Die?
After sending an army of Tracksuit Mafia soldiers after Kate Bishop’s mom Elenor for leaving his business, Kingpin showed up. He was on the scene in a white suit and Hawaiian shirt.
He wanted to kill her personally. Kate shot him on his chest as she wanted to stop him. They proceed to have a pitched battle in FAO Schwarz, with Kate barely holding her own.
The series would be unfair without the talented Vincent D’Onofrio, and fans might even do not want to continue watching it. As per the rule, no one is dead until the body is found
