Lance is expected to be ultimately fit after three months.

He also has type-b diabetes, which prevents him from eating certain foods.

The singer has also been accused of having facial surgery on his nose, but this hasn’t been verified.

He actively participates in the Diabetes Dance Dare, dancing to N’Sync’s Bye Bye Bye, and the result is a beautiful thrill from the past.

The songwriter even convinces his partner, Michael Turchin, to participate in the boy band schedule. 

Because of diabetes, he treats himself once a year with his mom’s deserts, like Key lime pie and pecan desserts.

Lance talks about saying no to the things that he doesn’t enjoy. This gave him mental peace to enjoy things more.

He avoids refreshments containing refined sugar, yogurt with mixed fruit flavors, and fruit juices.

Lance Bass went through a weight loss journey, and now he weighs 159 pounds.

Lance uses a simple, convenient fitness regime. 

He does eight minutes for abs and eight minutes for buns in his daily life. Other than that, he doesn’t do anything.

These simple workouts help to tighten the upper and lower abs and butt.

The former NSYNC singer eats pretty healthily constantly, and he thanks his husband for the encouragement. 

His partner, Micheal Turchin, encourages him to eat vegetables and helps him change his diet completely.

As per the reports, he nearly lost 5-7 pounds after changing his diet and workout regime.

He recently became the father of twins with the help of a surrogate mother.
