Josh Hawley is married to his wife, Erin Morrow Hawley. She is a lawyer and a senior legal fellow at the Independent Women’s Law Center.

She had taught constitutional litigation, federal income tax, tax policy, and agricultural law as an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri.
