Is Jeff Hardy Arrested For DUI Charges Last Night? Jeff Hardy, the star of AEW, was arrested in Florida on Monday on various charges, including felony DUI.

The accusations include a third drug- or alcohol-related DUI conviction within ten years, driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license, and violating driver’s license restrictions, according to the Volusia County Corrections website.

The DUI allegation is a third-degree felony, according to Marc Middleton of WrestlingHeadlines.com, while the other two counts are second-degree misdemeanors.

According to Middleton, Hardy was still being held at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, as of Monday afternoon, and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

According to an arrest report from Volusia County Florida Corrections, Jeff Hardy, a former WWE Champion, and current AEW star was arrested once again this past weekend.

Hardy was detained and booked early Monday morning on three charges, according to the report: DUI Alcohol/Drugs for the third time in ten years, driving with a suspended license, and violation of restrictions on his driver’s license.

Hardy’s arrest has yet to be addressed by AEW. He was originally scheduled to compete alongside his brother, Matt, in an AEW World Tag Team Championship ladder match on this week’s AEW Dynamite, taking on both Jurassic Express and The Young Bucks.

Hardy was booked into the Volusia County jail at 12:45 a.m. on charges of Driving While License was Suspended, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years, according to jail records.

Hardy was given a $3,500 surety cash bond, with $500 for the license violations and $2500 for the DUI. He remains imprisoned at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

His first court appearance is set for tomorrow, June 14 at 1:30 p.m. in front of a judge. The charges for driving while intoxicated are second-degree misdemeanors, whereas the DUI is a third-degree felony.

It’s worth noting that the court website lists the arrest time as 9:55 a.m. today, while the jail website lists the booking time as 12:45 a.m. Our local source, on the other hand, stated that the crime occurred  Sunday night.

On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, airing live on TBS this Wednesday, June 15, Jeff Hardy was set to compete in a Triple Threat Ladder Match with brother/tag team partner Matt Hardy against The Young Bucks and AEW World Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express, but his career took a hit after his arrest.

Hardy looked weird in his recent match at AEW‘s Double or Nothing pay-per-view, and he was apparently sidelined for a while after the match due to a concussion.

Hardy was arrested in the same county as WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch, formerly known as Sunny, who is currently charged with DUI in connection with the death of 75-year-old Julian Francis Lasseter on March 25.
