According to her mother’s Facebook post, Shakira Gatlin, a member of DDL4, has died.

Erica Robinson, the dancer’s mother, was the one who confirmed the news on Facebook. She penned, “I can’t seem to get a break. I recently buried her husband, and now I must bury her daughter.”

Her death is still being investigated. Moreover, some of her ardent supporters have claimed that the death reports are a fabrication. However, now that her own mother has confirmed it, it appears to be a fact.

Shakira was also a Jackson, Mississippi resident. May the soul of her deceased loved one rest in peace.

Shakira Gatlin was a dancer and drillmaster of the popular Mississippi dance group, Dancing Dolls.

Moreover, Dancing Dolls is a group that was founded by a dancer named Dianna. She started the academy with 24 students in 2010 and as of now, more than 100 students are enrolled.

According to her friends and teachers, Shakira was one of the brightest students to have been involved with the dance group. She was an inseparable member of the group and represented them in many competitions nationwide.
