Though he slowly estranged himself from it, after his rookie year, his friend offered him Vicodin and the next thing he knew was he was hooked with it, and gradually with Oxycontin.

Shane Olivea was aged 40 years old at the time of his death.

Born on October 7, 1981, in New York, he has left untimely leaving his family and loved ones behind on the 3rd of March 3, 2022.

According to Shane Olivea’s Wikipedia, he made it as the sixth highest-paid right tackle in the NFL in August 2006 as the Chargers rewarded him with a $20 million 6 years extension deal.
