According to the complaint, police looked through video of the death, as well as footage of the dirt bike before and after the shooting, and were able to identify Johnson as the driver.
He has been assigned the NYSID 13224089H by the New York City Department of Correction.
Johnson was charged with murder and reckless endangerment after being arrested on March 12, 2022.
