Tristan Tate has fired back at Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy after the DJ deleted a picture of the two together and later issued a public apology.
This all went down at LIV nightclub in Miami on Friday, March 8, 2025, where Kennedy was spotted posing with the Tate brothers, Andrew and Tristan, who are facing serious allegations, including human trafficking.
After getting backlash from fans, Kennedy swiftly took down the photo from his social media and shared an apology, saying he had no idea about their history and the allegations against them.
In reaction, Tristan took to social media to express his anger, labeling Kennedy a “p*y” and claiming that Kennedy had spent 30 minutes “begging and kissing my a**” while calling him a hero. Tristan also criticized Kennedy for giving in to “woke r*****s,” alleging that they pressured the DJ to remove the post.

Tristan said.
Kennedy, who boasts 1.4 million followers on social media, took to his Instagram Story to share his regret. He stated,
“I regret posting a photo with the Tate brothers at an event last night. I was not aware of their background or the allegations against them. I only knew them as podcasters who had gone viral for a clip about Vanderpump. I’ve since educated myself and condemn their views.”
The Tate brothers have been arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking and rape, charges they deny. Earlier this week, they were also investigated in Florida, right after coming from Romania. Despite the ongoing investigation, a court allowed them to travel to the U.S.
