One of his family members disclosed the information about the young man leading the protest and encouraging others to take part in it, quoting Trump’s tweet suggesting he take part in the Capitol riot.

Stephen was arrested in Ohio when he pleaded guilty to being in the Capitol riot for only 10 minutes, according to his statement.
Apparently, the Trump supporter knew that the riot was occurring and even warned about the gathering and civil war if Trump was not given the power he deserved.
