An arrest affidavit provided to Positively Osceola states that St. Cloud Police responded to the Publix on Old Canoe Creek Rd and 13th Street after a victim reported her car had been “keyed”.
Surveillance footage shows a middle-aged white male wearing a black jacket, tan jeans, and a shaved head approaching the victim’s vehicle in the parking lot.
Before turning to face the car’s passenger side, the man is seen on camera shifting his shopping bag from his left to his right hand.
A camera captures the man walking along the passenger side of the car while dragging his left arm behind him.
After viewing the side of the automobile again, the man turned around and walked away from the camera, according to the arrest document.
It was later discovered that the vehicle had been damaged to the tune of over $3000.
Is St. Cloud High School Principal Nate Fancher In Jail?
He bonded out of jail Tuesday evening. According to the affidavit, Fancher asked the police at his home whether they could contact the victims to collect damages.

An affidavit indicates Fancher called the school resource office at St. Cloud High School after speaking with the police and admitted he “keyed a car in the Publix parking lot” and inquired about “how much trouble” he was in.

In a letter, the school said: “Mr. Fancher will be on administrative leave until the outcome of the law enforcement investigation has been determined.”
