The news of a heinous crime a few days ago filled everyone with dread. After the Maguad Siblings’ bodies were discovered in horrific circumstances in their own home, the entire Internet went numb.
According to reports, a teenage brother and sister were murdered in their own home in broad daylight. When their parents were not present, they were beaten to death. The investigation into the crime is still in its early stages, but internet users have already made a number of guesses about who the main suspect is.
Meanwhile, Filipinos are urging social media users to not share pictures and videos of the crime scene. They have also requested not to post the remaining teenage brothers and sisters who were killed in North Cotabato.

Reportedly, Capslockfaren is a Twitter account username that has been suspended because of violations and sensitive content. As per the law, posting sensitive content is a violation of rules. Meanwhile, Filipinos are not happy with people sharing dead body pictures of the victims.
They are requesting people to not share the remains of the teenage siblings and respect the victims and the grieving family. Additionally, some of the Twitter users from the country also mentioned that the family of the victims has urged them to stop posting anything related to the case.

They are urging to terminate the circulations to respect the wishes and privacy of the family of the deceased. On the other hand, people from all across the globe are paying tribute to the young victims.
Although being on the grief of the death of their young children, the sibling’s parents thanked M’Lang Philippine National Police for their efforts in the investigation.

There is a Reddit thread discussing the murder of the Maguad Siblings. However, the actual photo surrounding the crime has been deleted from the Internet as of now.
People are discussing the third survivor on the day of when the crime took place. The supposed survivor is the adopted daughter of the Maguad couple. Meanwhile, people are assuming her involvement in the crime.
The adopted “survivor” known as Janice was alleged of been involved in the envious of the victims which eventually led to the hideous crime. Reportedly, the suspect sought help through social media during the unhappening incident taking place in their home.
During an interview, the victim’s father, Cruz Maguad, was surprised to her calling them after the incident. Followingly, things didn’t sit right when she casually took a bath while the bodies of her siblings were still lying on the floor.
As per the authorities, Janice has supposedly admitted to the killing of her siblings in the presence of the lawyers. As she is a minor, she is kept in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

In the meantime, people are requesting justice for the young victims who lost their life. The teenagers have just started to live their life and had so much more to see in their life.

The Filipinos urge social media users not to post and share pictures and videos of the crime scene, as well as the remains of the Maguade brothers and sisters who were killed in North Cotabato.
However, others have been trying to raise awareness by posting photos and/or videos of the crime scene and the victim’s remains.
Some Filipinos are not satisfied with this, and they urge them not to do so in order to respect the grieving family and their privacy.

“Respect the na lang po sa family nila. According to what I read on Facebook, Hindi po ata pinakita sa parents nila’yun. So please stop spreading it [because] baka makita ng parents nila sa socmed [social media] and masakit’yun sa part ng parents/fam nila,” she added.

“For the nagapa-circles sa pics sa Maguad brothers and sisters, this is a huge shame. Their family begs to stop doing this. You should respect this. Gee,” another online user tweeted.
A Facebook user also made a similar appeal.
“Sensitive pictures of the late Maguade brothers and sisters are circulating on the Internet. To this end, in order to respect the wishes and privacy of the family of the deceased, we urge all those who have copies of the above photos to delete and terminate [its] circulation,” he said.
“We kindly ask those who have seen photos of Maguad brothers and sisters not to share them. We urge you to consider and grieve for those close to your brothers and sisters, especially their parents. Thank you for your understanding. #JusticeforMaguadSiblings,” this online user Added.
