Sidnie Walker was a lovely young California girl who died in an automobile accident a few months ago.

Jennifer was driving and crashed her car into a swamp, drowning Sidnie while she was in the passenger seat.

Jennifer exited the vehicle but did not notify authorities of the collision, allowing Sidnie to drown in the vehicle, according to police investigations.

After the accident, Jennifer had intentionally ignored a person in harm and left the crime scene, leading to the claims of murder on her.

Furthermore, the parents of Sidnie were devastated to find out about the murder of their child by her own best friend, for that matter.

One of the hardest things for a parent is losing their child and further explaining how she died. Although many news articles covered her obituary, revealing that she died from drowning after the car crashed out of the freeway.

Jennifer was arrested after the Highway patrol team led an investigation, only to find out that she had come out of the car and left her friend to die.

Sidnie was recovered by the authorities and was pronounced dead due to brain damages from drowning.

The case of Sidnie Waller’s car accident and Jennifer Rae Xavier was also covered in an episode of Dateline NBC show. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, they had gone to two beach bars before the accident occurred. This further denotes that Jennifer was driving under the influence and caused the accident while she was drunk. 



Prosecutors suspect that Jennifer was taking Waller home, when she missed the exit from south Interstate 5 to Sea World Drive, and drove her BMW vehicle into Tecolote Creek.

Moreover, Xavier was speeding before the accident, and after the accident, Waller was stuck in the car and submerged until San Diego firefighters were able to extricate her.

After the investigations, all the blame fell on Jennifer Rae Xavier, for driving under the influence and intentionally leaving behind a victim. 

According to the prosecutors, she was charged with second-degree murder. This means that she knew that her actions were dangerous to human life but chose to carry them out regardless. 

She remained in custody without bail, and her hearing is said to occur soon as the date was set for two months.
