According to responding cops, seven people were found at the business location with several gunshot wounds. According to SNBC 13, three individuals were pronounced dead on the spot.
Four people were taken to a local hospital, and two of them are still in severe condition.

According to authorities, the culprit has been caught, and he was shot after an altercation with a Maryland State Police officer.
Authorities say many persons were killed when a gunman opened fire inside a manufacturing business in western Maryland on Thursday afternoon.

In a similar vein, a dispute with a Maryland State Police officer resulted in the suspect being shot and injured, according to the sheriff’s office. The shooter was taken to the hospital, but their current status is unknown.
According to police, the trooper was just slightly hurt. There was no more information available right away.

According to Lt. Joshua McCauley of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, a shooting at Columbia Machine in Smithsburg, Maryland, has resulted in several injuries.
Smithsburg is about 75 miles west of Baltimore on I-95. According to their website, Columbia Machine supplies “full equipment lines to clients in over 100 countries.”
The situation is still active, according to McCauley, but there is no threat to the neighborhood.
